Good to know
- What is a credit?
- One credit is roughly one minute of transcription. AI features that read the transcript cost more, because the language model reads the whole text.
- Do I pay twice for the same video?
- No. A video is transcribed once, and every tool reuses that transcript for free.
- What happens when my credits run out?
- Local tools keep working. Cloud features wait until your credits renew, or you buy extra credits.
- What if a job fails?
- You get the credits back automatically when the AI delivers nothing.
- And if the result is bad?
- Give it back within 7 days and get its credits back, usually instantly, from your credit history. The Credits Refund Policy has the details.
